A weekend to connect, empower, recharge, and celebrate — together.

This isn’t just a retreat — it’s a movement in motion.

Hosted by Kim Downey in honor of turning 60 and giving deep gratitude to the physicians who’ve walked with her through life and healing, the inaugural Stand Up (for) Doctors! Retreat invites you to gather with peers in an environment designed for renewal, joy, and real talk.

Surrounded by 400+ acres of nature, firepits, and fresh air, you’ll experience a weekend that blends rest and reconnection with idea exchange, laughter, and meaningful community. Join us — and be reminded of why you love what you do.

Space to breathe. Time to connect. Moments that matter.

Here’s a glimpse of what the weekend will offer:

You’ll be joined by a dynamic group of physician leaders who bring heart, insight, and authenticity to every conversation. These are trusted voices who believe in connection over perfection — and who are committed to creating a better path forward in medicine.
